Till We HAve Faces Final Blog: Lindsay Conrad

I will have to be honest in saying it did not have time to get through this book to give it the consideration it needs for the final blog. I read enough to get a serious background but not enough to come to my own conclusions without help. Through our last class I am going to work to make it sufficient. I apologize, though, for not finishing the book before due time.
Orual, my name is Ahora, Goddess of time and space. I have the gift of considering lifespans and bartering with the underworld for those who deserve more time on Earth. My symbol is the sundial, as I was born of the first shadow of Father Time. That being said, I have been speaking with the underworld about your fate, and it comes time for me to speak on behalf of the gods with whom you have been sharing your story.
I saw your beginning and I will see your end, as time is the only thing you can never grasp, but only I can hold true. I have been a piece of the sun that has seen your days with the lovely Psyche and the moon who has witnessed your true treatment of her in the darkness. It was never as secret as your expected it to be.
You have flow far from the coop in regards to the story of Psyche. She was discovered with the heart of gold she possesses. Her beauty was what you had seen inside her soul, but her outward appearance was really as humble as your own. Legend has it that as ugly as your soul was, the stark contrast between the hole in your being and the fullness of her truth created the outward beauty and ugliness that was perceived mostly by you. From what I have seen and what is to come, I must give you the verdict I have considered.
Being that you cannot grasp time as I can, I cannot be condemning in telling you when your time will come. Instead, I sentence you to a life of unease. I take from you the time you have and the plans that are made and challenge you to live in the moment. Your plans, your past, your hopes, and your dreams can be no longer. Until you can truly appreciate who you are the now is all you can know. You must once again relearn all your mistakes, but as judgment is passed it may be re-erased. As you challenge yourself to care for others instead of your own selfishness, you will receive your memory again and may be able to reconcile with the the gods when your time is finished, but you will never know the time you have left...
